Defending America's Financial System
Established in 2005, Fraudlent Department was created in response to a growing wave of sophisticated financial crimes targeting U.S. banking institutions. Today we are the nation's foremost authority on banking fraud prevention, detection, and recovery.
Mission & Values
Why We Exist
"To protect the integrity of the U.S. banking system by providing world-class fraud detection, rapid response, and full-cycle recovery services — ensuring that every American can trust their financial institution."
Integrity
We operate with the highest ethical standards, maintaining transparency with partner institutions and the public at all times.
Vigilance
Fraud never sleeps, and neither do we. Our monitoring systems and response teams operate around the clock, every day of the year.
Accountability
Every case we handle is tracked, documented, and reported. We hold ourselves to the same standards we expect of the institutions we protect.
Collaboration
We work hand-in-hand with federal agencies, law enforcement, and banking regulators to deliver outcomes no single organization could achieve alone.
